Hinterland Christian College is a creative and compassionate K-10 school, providing an ideal learning environment for students and staff alike. Our college supports the community by educating and encouraging students to grow in Biblical wisdom and intelligent hearts.
We instill good insight through knowledge and practice, enabling our students to flourish. As a secondary teacher at Hinterland, you will work with Grades 7-10 students following the Board of Studies Curriculum. Additionally, you will support staff in routine tasks across various functions within the school environment.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of children and young people. A valid NSW Working With Children Check is mandatory for this role.
You will have the opportunity to be part of a small school in regional northern New South Wales. The world-renowned beauty of the Byron Shire and a strong relational atmosphere make our college an attractive place to work.
The position offers subject options including Work Education, Distance Ed elective supervision, Food Technology, and Spanish. Each year we focus on building a team with a focus on staff skill sets and interests.
