Job Title: Registered Nurse
About The Role:- This dynamic role supports the Royal Melbourne Hospital's Nurse Resource Transition Pool, enhancing skills and experience across multiple clinical areas.
As a Registered Nurse, you will work across various settings and locations within the hospital, including the Emergency Department, Royal Park Campus, and Residential Aged Care sites. This role operates on a rotating roster, incorporating night shifts and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering high-quality care through evidence-based nursing interventions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintaining accountability for patient safety and quality, actively contributing to organisational quality initiatives.
- Performing nursing procedures and interventions in line with Royal Melbourne Hospital's clinical policies and procedures.
- Minimum 2 years acute nursing experience.
- Experience in both medical and surgical nursing settings.
- Ability to commit to a 7-day rotating roster, including AM, PM, and night duty shifts.
- Willingness to be deployed across various clinical areas and specialties, including the main hospital campus and Royal Park Campus.
