Job Title: Continence Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Continence Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of individuals with continence issues to identify their needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Treatment Delivery: Deliver evidence-based treatments to promote bladder and bowel health, including pelvic floor rehabilitation exercises and lifestyle modifications.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to set patient goals, develop treatment strategies, and provide expert advice and education on continence management.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the Continence and HIP programs, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and optimal outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate Qualification: A postgraduate qualification in continence and pelvic floor treatment is essential for this role.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills are required to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Interdisciplinary Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve patient-centered outcomes.
  • National Criminal History Check: Current National criminal history check or willingness to obtain.
