Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Aged Care Professional to join our team in Campbelltown. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to our customers, ensuring their independence and dignity are maintained.

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time position, offering a guaranteed number of hours per week, with opportunities for career progression and professional development. You will work closely with our customers, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care that meets their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure our customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
  • Assist with meal preparation, shopping, and transportation to help our customers maintain their independence.
  • Provide social support, including companionship, emotional support, and transport to lifestyle activities.
  • Offer personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as medication management and mobility assistance.
  • Support our customers with complex care needs, such as dementia, by providing tailored care plans and ongoing support.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
  • A current Australian Drivers License and registered vehicle, with a willingness to travel to customers' homes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, families, and colleagues.
  • Able to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet customer needs.
