We are seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the operational delivery of our client's retail and commercial banking sites in WA/SA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing facilities and services, ensuring reliable and consistent delivery to operational plans.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in stakeholder management/building and maintaining successful relationships, as well as a strong background in managing FM in a diverse property portfolio with a focus on workplace experience.

You will oversee maintenance services, including coordinating specialized trades, manage and ensure tasks are completed within timeframes, mitigate risk to buildings for users by ensuring facilities are fit-for-purpose, manage safety, environmental, and quality control of all hard FM activities, and adhere to site protocols.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years' experience in stakeholder management/building and maintaining successful relationships
  • Awareness of workplace health & safety regulations
  • Knowledge of OH&S Act 2000, ISO, and EQUIP standards
  • Proven experience managing diverse teams effectively and managing complex delivery models
