As a key member of our Construction Professionals team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the maintenance of effective working relationships with insurers and clients.
  • Provide assistance in all aspects of client service and assisting with the management of a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Build relationships as a trusted and strategic advisor through face-to-face client meetings.
  • Maintain the up-to-date management of databases, information systems, and organization company records.
  • Liaise with Operations Team to process invoicing and related policy documentation.
  • Prepare information and documentation for Pre-Renewal and Broking meetings.

Requirements:

  • Relevant general insurance experience in broking, 2 plus years preferable.
  • Completed Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance qualification.
  • Professional indemnity insurance experience an advantage, however not essential.
  • Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in a client-facing role.
  • The ability to learn new skills and concepts.
