Description:

  • We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing user-centric solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements through collaboration with product and business owners.
  • Conduct engagement activities to co-design project outcomes.
  • Illustrate concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
  • Design wireframes and prototypes for mobile and web applications.
  • Perform user research, including usability testing.
  • Capture and analyze data related to requirements.
  • Achieve agreement and sign-off on project requirements.
  • Influence project documentation to support UI/UX requirements.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of a design system.
  • Produce deliverables according to project schedules.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will have experience eliciting UI/UX requirements using techniques such as brainstorming, workshops, prototyping, observation, or interviews.
  • They will possess knowledge of UI/UX methodologies and experience designing to meet WCAG guidelines.
  • Able to build rapport and maintain stakeholder relationships, communicating confidently and presenting messages effectively.
  • Figma knowledge and experience is highly regarded.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience designing for Salesforce.
  • Design experience working with accessibility requirements.
