Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our Engineering & Infrastructure Team. As an Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for delivering various electrical projects in the water and wastewater industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of electrical activities, including power, lighting, and cable tray installations.
  • Install and commission motor control and VSD systems.
  • Install power, lighting, and instrumentation systems.
  • Conduct isolation, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Ensure quality assurance documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Fault find and troubleshoot electrical issues.
  • Deliver high-quality results while maintaining a safe and environmentally responsible work environment.
  • Meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Work safely and adhere to relevant safety standards and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience working on sewerage treatment and water treatment facilities, including pumping stations.
  • Valid Electrical Licence and trade qualifications.
  • Construction Safety White Card (or equivalent).
  • Strong problem-solving skills for technical fault finding.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and support colleagues.
  • Solid experience working in industrial settings.
  • Autonomy to work independently and take responsibility for deliverables.
