About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Concentric Rehab Centre. As an Occupational Therapist - Holistic Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in empowering clients to achieve their full potential and live life to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals to identify their functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
  • Develop individualised treatment plans and intervention strategies to maximise independence, functional capacity, and quality of life.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop person-centred care plans and ensure holistic support.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to enhance daily living skills, cognitive abilities, mobility, and self-care.
  • Provide education and support to clients, caregivers, and support workers to enhance their understanding of occupational therapy interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • A Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Valid Australian driver's licence.
