Sanitation Specialist

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and disinfecting resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and other areas throughout the facility.
  
• Ensuring that waste management procedures are followed, including disposing of regular trash and medical waste.
  
• FOLLOWING strict infection control protocols, such as using appropriate cleaning agents and personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of infections.
  
• Managing cleaning supplies, including soaps, sanitizers, and cleaning agents, to ensure they are adequately stocked and available for residents and staff.
  
• Operating floor scrubbers, vacuums, cleaning trolleys, and consumables.

Please note that prior experience in Aged Care or Health Sector, or commercial cleaning, would be advantageous.
