Job Opportunity:

The role of a cleaner at Tamborine Mountain State High School is now available.

This position involves maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our school facilities, including classrooms, offices, and common areas.

Duties:
  • Clean windows, pictures, doorknobs, taps, sinks, drinking fountains, lavatory basins, glassware, glass doors and cupboards.
  • Sanitize toilet facilities and sick bays.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment.
  • Control cobwebs and mildew using extendable equipment as necessary.
  • Clean concrete, bitumen, asphalt and paved surfaces.

This is a temporary vacancy open to Expressions of Interest, with any extensions not exceeding 12 months. It is essential that you have a high level of physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy items. Your work will contribute significantly to creating a safe and healthy environment for students and staff.
