Customer Experience Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic retail team at allkinds. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and promote brand awareness.
- Manage store operations, including stock receipt, inventory control, and stockroom maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the store leadership team to drive business growth and improve store performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong product knowledge, with the ability to advise customers on products and services.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
