Your Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our customer journey team, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly and clearly to customer inquiries regarding solar, batteries, installations, and subscriptions.
  • Guiding customers smoothly through pre- and post-installation steps, including scheduling and updates.
  • Supporting billing, payment plans, financial difficulties, and subscription management.
  • Logging technical issues accurately for quick resolution by engineering teams.
  • Resolving inquiries on first contact and confidently managing escalations to successful outcomes.
  • Identifying and suggesting improvements to enhance processes and service delivery.
  • Managing customer accounts, billing cycles, invoices, payments, and collections efficiently.
  • Keeping all customer data and interactions up-to-date in our systems.
  • Helping create clear, customer-friendly communication templates and scripts.
  • Being a flexible, proactive team player committed to our growing business.
  • Maintaining compliance and promoting a safe work environment.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build rapport and provide exceptional service to customers.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions to customer inquiries.
  • A passion for renewable energy (desirable).
  • Basic technical knowledge of solar panels and home battery systems (an advantage).
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced sales & customer service environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Superb organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
