About the Role

We are seeking experienced Swimming Teachers to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for swimming and a commitment to customer service excellence. You should be energetic, dynamic, and fun, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with children.

You will need to demonstrate the ability to communicate and interact effectively with students who have diverse needs and requirements.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Energetic and innovative teaching style
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of OHS and public safety applications within a swimming facility
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
  • Blue card
  • AustSwim Certificate – Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety
  • AUSTSWIM extension certificate (Desirable)

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and other benefits. If you have a passion for swimming and a commitment to customer service excellence, we encourage you to apply.
