Lead Data Innovation Specialist

This role is an integral part of a dynamic team based in Sydney, NSW. As Lead Data Innovation Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving intricate data challenges and developing practical, deployable solutions.

The team focuses on harnessing AI Engineering and Machine Learning to drive business outcomes. We seek individuals who are experts in their field and can confidently navigate emerging technologies.

We have successfully deployed large-scale LLMs into production, leveraging models like Google's Gemini family. Our team has designed, trained, and deployed custom deep learning models tackling massive datasets, alongside innovative solutions like advanced Markov models and sophisticated hierarchical Bayesian systems.

Main Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should possess solid ML fundamentals, a strong grasp of foundational ML concepts, and experience with scikit-learn and deep learning frameworks. They should also be comfortable designing and training custom deep learning models, and have practical knowledge of Git and Docker containers.
