Cafe Assistant Wanted

We are looking for a skilled Cafe Assistant to join our team at our brand new cafe in Australia. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food products, adhering to company standards and recipes.
  • Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience as a Cafe Assistant or Barista/Customer Service professional, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays.
