About Our Audit Graduate Role

Audit Graduates at our North Sydney office play a key role in supporting our audit team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the team by learning the basics of audit initially, which then allows you to grow in the role and take on further challenges as time progresses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up audit files and requesting initial and further audit documents from clients.
  • Assisting team members with testing key balances within an audit.
  • Reporting any findings identified within an audit engagement on a regular basis to seniors and managers.
  • Gaining an understanding of the key drivers of a client through engaging and communicating with the client prior to and throughout the audit engagement.
  • Engaging with key client stakeholders by holding meetings to discuss key processes at the business.

The ideal candidate will have completed or be about to complete a Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting and hold full working rights for Australia. Additionally, they should be willing to undertake or already be undertaking the Chartered Accountants Program (or CPA).
