Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Professional to lead our quality assurance team in implementing and maintaining our Food Safety Management System.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with regulatory authority, customer, and meat safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and report results to the Operations Manager.
  • Coordinate external audits, including Regulatory Audits, GFSI Certification Audits, and Customer Audits.
  • Investigate and manage product non-conformances and customer complaints.
About You
  • Proven experience in quality assurance or food safety.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, export regulations, and GFSI certification schemes.
  • Demonstrated leadership of QA teams and audit management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Requirements

This is a full-time position requiring Monday to Friday work hours. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with a strong focus on quality assurance and food safety.
