Job Summary

National Workforce is seeking experienced and skilled Forklift Drivers to join our team at a large Resource Recycling and Manufacturing company. As a Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for operating a Grab Forklift in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Grab Forklift to transport materials within the warehouse and recycling facility.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Perform pre-operational checks on the forklift to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals.
Requirements
  • Current LF Licence with experience using Grab Forklifts.
  • Previous baler experience (highly regarded).
  • Own transport.
  • Previous waste sorting/recycling experience (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent work ethic and attitude.
What We Offer
  • A competitive rate of $35 per day.
  • A Monday to Friday allocated roster.
  • The opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that you have your own reliable transport.

You will be required to undergo a criminal history check and pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
