Green Space Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic professional to join our gardening crew in Perth. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards in garden care services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prune, hedge, and shape trees and shrubs
  • Maintain gardens to high standards at various locations
  • Perform general grounds maintenance tasks as directed by the Lead Gardener
  • Maintain equipment and vehicles

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in gardening (highly beneficial)
  • A valid C class manual driver's license
  • A strong work ethic with ability to work independently
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced setting
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Experience with hand-held tools such as edger, whipper snipper, chainsaw, and pole saw
  • The physical capability to perform manual labor including some demanding activities and heavy lifting
