About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Support Officer to join our team at Bendigo Kangan Institute.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal operational role in facilitating the smooth transition of the Education Operations Delivery teams and functions to our new operational hubs.

Key responsibilities include assisting the Transition Lead, hub managers, and teams in implementing and transitioning to our new service delivery model and structure.

You will support team members in resolving operational issues to embed the new structure and ways of working, as well as help implement and refine processes to support improved service delivery.

As a member of a small team, you will work collaboratively with staff across all hubs and education centers to support the successful transition to our new hub structure with minimal disruption to students.

Key Requirements

  • Knowledge of our enrolment and teaching operations functions
  • Ability to understand change and the dynamics of a large, complex vocational educational organization
  • Experience coordinating complex projects
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong self-awareness, people-focused leadership, and facilitation skills
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders and technical and professional staff
  • A strong solution and continuous improvement focus
  • Ability to develop creative and visual change, learning, and communication collateral
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations
  • Ability to work to a set of KPIs and deliverables, and report and track progress
  • Understanding of change management, project management, organizational development, or similar
  • Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, or a related field or demonstrated equivalent work experience
