About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Asset Management to join our Offshore Business Leadership Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our current offshore fleet and leading the strategy for our future asset portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the offshore asset portfolio and strategy, ensuring a balance between short-term operations and long-term commercial optimisation.
  • Lead and develop teams, focusing on performance and growth.
  • Ensure industry-leading operational excellence, readiness, and project management for asset integrity and sustainability.
  • Oversee critical commercial decisions related to long-term hedging and asset investments.
  • Engage with Joint Venture boards for asset planning and intervention.
Requirements
  • Experience leading and motivating large teams in a complex environment, preferably in the energy or renewables sector.
  • Proven track record in managing a complex asset business and multi-million pound budgets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills alongside excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with joint ventures and sitting on JV boards is preferred.
  • Knowledge of establishing and/or managing operational businesses internationally is desirable.
