About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at Exact IT Consulting. As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will play a critical role in protecting our clients' information and systems from cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective cybersecurity strategies to protect against cyber threats
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Provide expert advice and guidance on cybersecurity best practices to clients and internal stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies to ensure our clients' systems remain secure

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary or postgraduate qualification in Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field
• Excellent knowledge of cybersecurity trends, issues, and opportunities, particularly those related to information security standards and their applicability
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills to facilitate the provision of advice and support at all levels of the organization
• Highly developed technical skills to monitor, detect, and respond to security vulnerabilities, incidents, and threats
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with staff at all levels, including liaison, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
