Roofing Specialist

Atlas Recruitment is seeking a skilled Roof Plumber to join our team at IPM Contractors - Industrial Property Maintenance Pty Ltd.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Roofing Specialist with a strong background in installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems in industrial, commercial, and residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and diagnosing roof plumbing issues, including leaks, drainage, and guttering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems in industrial, commercial, and residential properties.
• Identify and diagnose roof plumbing issues, including leaks, drainage, and guttering.
• Perform detailed inspections of roof structures and provide recommendations for repairs.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant safety and building regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
• Maintain accurate work records, including job reports and safety documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide excellent customer service.
• Promote and adhere to workplace health and safety standards.

About You:

We are looking for a Roofing Specialist with:

• Proven experience as a Roof Plumber, with at least 3 years in the trade.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends if required.

• Salary: $70,000-$90,000
