About the Role

We're looking for a talented Digital Director to lead our addressable media efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain responsibility for client investment and ensure effective deployment.
  • Lead team to achieve key client goals and provide leadership around optimization and efficacy improvement.
  • Maintain positive relationships with key media partners.
  • Oversee strategy with internal capabilities to develop fully integrated campaigns.
  • Provide support, career development, and recognition for your team.
  • Operate creatively and develop tactics to advance the addressable practice.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of client products, competition, industry, marketing goals, and objectives.

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of DV360 and Facebook Business Manager.
  • A history of working in addressable media and leading accounts.
  • The ability to deliver recommendations on additional partners and platforms.
  • Intelligent use of data in client recommendations.
  • The ability to extract insights from data.
  • The ability to lead relationships with key media partners.
  • The ability to mentor and lead a team.
  • Experience with DMPs, particularly Adobe Audience Manager.
