Job Title: Home Care Support Specialist

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to support elderly people living in their own homes, promoting independence and connection to the community.

About the Role:

As a Home Care Support Specialist, you will provide domestic assistance and social services such as outings, cooking, pet care, cleaning, gardening, and transportation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and domestic assistance to clients
  • Assist with meal preparation and nutrition planning
  • Support clients with mobility and daily living tasks
  • Use an app to track important information and identify potential hazards to ensure client safety

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the Aged Care sector (Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support desirable)
  • Friendly and respectful attitude with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Ability to use a smartphone and assist clients with theirs
  • Current Australian Drivers License and registered vehicle (travel is part of the role)
