Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team at CBRE GWS in Perth Metro. As a key member of our HVAC Division, you will be responsible for providing service, maintenance, and repairs to various types of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment on large, static retail sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide service, maintenance, and repairs to refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships
  • Determine job priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Coordinate and submit required paperwork and procedures
  • Attend call-outs as per rostered requirements
  • Maintain industry knowledge and monitor market developments
  • Commit to the highest standards of business code of conduct
  • Comply with company and client HSEQ policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic Trade Qualification
  • Restricted Electrical Licence
  • Arc-tick Refrigerant Handling Licence
  • Valid C Class Licence
  • Experience in mining or oil & gas industry advantageous
  • Pro-active approach towards Health, Safety, and Environment
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Strong diagnostics and fault-finding abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills
