About the Role
We are seeking a Supply Coordinator to join our dynamic Just Jeans Branded team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with international brands such as Levis, Calvin Klein, Gap, Guess, Lee Riders, Wrangler, Neuw, Mavi, and A Brand.
Reporting to the Product Manager, the Supply Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of administration, ensuring effective communication with suppliers and internal team members for the smooth flow of product to stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining product lines and stock orders
- Assisting in range development
- Managing the shipping schedule and associated administration
- Assisting with Critical Path management
- Range Plan and Purchase Order maintenance
- Liaising with the Product Manager to manage samples
- Monitoring and tracking key delivery schedules
- Managing samples for online, marketing shoots, and VM handover
- Supporting the Product Manager with competitor and market trend analysis
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Buyers Assistant/Administrator within a buying team is preferred
- Great attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
- Ability to build great relationships with external suppliers and senior stakeholders
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Confident working with Microsoft products, including Excel
- Understanding of the production process and timelines
- Adobe Illustrator skills would be advantageous
