About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Home Improvement Sales Channel, based at our Amaroo Park Head Office in Victoria.

This full-time permanent position will play a critical role in driving business growth through exceptional customer relationship management, data-driven decision making, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve budgeted sales and gross margin targets for the Home Improvement Channel.
  • Develop and implement long-term and short-term strategic plans to optimize Saint-Gobain's performance and growth within the Channel.
  • Establish and maintain strong commercial relationships within the Channel.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team (internal and external) to optimize their performance and effectiveness.
  • Oversee the direction and execution of Saint-Gobain's Home Improvement Channel, including business strategies to drive sales, profitability, market penetration, brand health, and corporate identity within the channel.
