Key Responsibilities:
- Australian citizenship and holding or be able to successfully obtain and retain a minimum Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance is mandatory.
- A tertiary qualification in Construction, Architectural, Engineering, or similar is desirable.
- Experience/exposure with a range of delivery methodologies, in particular, Head Contract, Managing Contractor, and Design and Construct is advantageous.
- Previous experience across Defence, including Defence writing skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Proactive and able to think strategically.
- Australian Citizen and able to successfully obtain and maintain a minimum Baseline Security Clearance.
- Ability to provide evidence to confirm vaccination status for COVID-19 to meet our client's vaccination requirements in accordance with government regulations.
- 1+ years client-side PM or a PMCA experience in the industries as mentioned above and familiarity with Commonwealth Procurement Rules (would be preferable, but not essential).
- AIPM Accreditation or equivalent would be advantageous.
