Job Title: Early Years Educator

This key role is at the forefront of excellence in the education and care of children aged 3-5 years old.

The preschool operates within a community centre, offering free parking onsite and multiple bus stops close by on Edinburgh Road. We provide a unique learning environment that views children as independent, competent, capable, and unique learners who have control over their own learning and environment.

  • Develop and implement engaging curricula to promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with parents and carers to ensure high-quality care and communication.
  • Participate in professional learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood education and care.

Requirements:

  • A recognised Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Training in Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • A sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Education and Care Services National Regulations.
