The RoleWe are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at our Mount Druitt centre. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and care to our children. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of children
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborating with other educators to plan and deliver educational programs
- Documenting children's learning and development
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- A current NSW Employee Working With Children's Check
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)
