Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled educator to lead and manage the implementation of our school's priorities, teaching literacy and numeracy skills across the curriculum, and supporting teachers to evaluate the impact of learning and teaching programs on student learning growth.

This role requires a collaborative leader who can work closely with teachers, Education Support staff, and other stakeholders to achieve improvements in teaching and learning. The successful applicant will be responsible for improving the skill, knowledge, and performance of the teaching workforce in a school or group of schools and improving the curriculum program of a school.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the implementation of school priorities
  • Teaching literacy and numeracy skills across the curriculum
  • Supporting teachers to evaluate the impact of learning and teaching programs on student learning growth

Requirements:

  • Highly skilled classroom practitioner with experience in leading and managing education programs
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, Education Support staff, and other stakeholders to achieve improvements in teaching and learning
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
