Tropical North Learning Academy is seeking a skilled Administrative Officer to provide administrative support to the Deputy Principal - Inclusion.
The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating meetings, managing office supplies and providing confidential administrative support.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team and has strong communication skills.
- Provide administrative support to the Deputy Principal - Inclusion
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Develop and maintain records and reports
- Perform other related duties as required
This role requires a high level of organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in administration and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
They will also have the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role you must have:
- A proven track record in administration
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
