  • Provide personalized guidance and support to current and prospective members at our aquatic centre and leisure facilities.
  • Offer professional and accurate information to customers to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement innovative fitness activities, programs, and competitions that captivate diverse audiences.

 

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field (minimum Certificate III in Fitness).
  • Current registration as a Fitness Leader with relevant industry certifications.
  • Proven experience working in leisure environments with a focus on customer satisfaction and target-driven initiatives.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Experience in collaborating with schools, corporate groups, sporting clubs, and associations.

 

Remuneration and Benefits

This position offers competitive compensation and perks, including:

  • Entry-level hourly rate of $33.07 plus 25% casual loading.
  • Penalty rates apply for weekend shifts.
  • Casual working hours offering flexibility and autonomy.
