Seeking Support Workers for Residential Care

BaptistCare is looking for compassionate support workers to join their team in a residential care setting.

As a support worker, you will have the opportunity to form meaningful relationships with residents and play a vital role in their daily lives.

Duties Include:

  • Providing person-centered care and assistance with daily living activities
  • Assisting with medication management and simple wound care
  • Supporting residents to engage in activities and pursue their interests

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or 2nd year RN student
  • A genuine interest in understanding people and their needs
  • Compassionate care skills and a positive attitude
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or current NDIS Worker screening clearance
  • Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and promote the organisation's values through interactions at work
