Accounts Receivable Officer

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team.
  • This is a temporary position, ideal for someone with high-volume AR experience.
  • The role will initially be for 3 months, with strong potential for longer-term opportunities.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes
  • Allocate and reconcile incoming payments
  • Follow up on outstanding debts and resolve customer queries
  • Process credit notes and adjustments
  • Assist with month-end reporting and AR reconciliations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in accounts receivable, ideally within a high-volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service approach
  • Experience in the food or FMCG sector is advantageous
  • Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
