We're seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team at Wedded Wonderland, a leading online destination for all things wedding. As a member of our marketing team, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and building our online community.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for weddings, lifestyle, and fashion, as well as a deep understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences. You'll be responsible for curating, creating, and scheduling captivating content for Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring our brand maintains a strong and consistent presence.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Content Strategy and Creation:
  • Develop a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with our brand's voice and objectives.
  • Create high-quality, visually appealing content that engages our audience and drives results.
  • Source and curate relevant content from other sources to share with our audience.
Social Media Management:
  • Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts for optimal engagement across different time zones and demographics.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Community Building:
  • Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, participating in conversations, and fostering a sense of community.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on social media activity, engagement, and ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the wedding or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Zoho Social, Publer).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Creative and innovative mindset.
  • Passion for weddings and lifestyle.
