Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team at Early Start Australia. As a Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based assessments and therapy to a paediatric, adolescent, and adult caseload.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans to support clients with developmental delays and/or disabilities.
- Deliver high-quality therapy sessions, working collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders, providing education and support to promote client engagement and empowerment.
- Participate in ongoing evaluation, training, and review to ensure the delivery of quality services to clients.
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and SPA Registration.
- Experience working with children and adolescents, with a passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work in a culturally rich and diverse environment.
- Effective time management and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
