We are seeking an individual to fill a Dog Trainer position at a dog day care in Brisbane, Australia.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with dogs in a group environment, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. They will also possess initiative, common sense, and kindness, as well as a high level of cleanliness, hygiene, and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing enrichment ideas for the dogs
  • Providing exceptional customer service to dog owners
  • Working collaboratively with other trainers to ensure a positive and safe environment for the dogs
  • Conducting 1-1 training sessions with dogs

Requirements:

  • A valid unrestricted working visa to work in Australia
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with dogs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This is a casual position requiring flexibility and adaptability. The successful candidate will be able to think on their feet and demonstrate a genuine passion for working with dogs.
