About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at David Jones Macarthur Square. As a Stylist, you will play a key role in creating a genuine shopping experience for every customer, acting as a passionate brand ambassador for Yarra Trail and Brand Collective businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to store sales by selling passionately on the shop floor
  • Ensure store presentation is immaculate through adherence to visual merchandising standards
  • Work towards achieving an exceptional customer experience by communicating product knowledge of apparel and accessories
  • Assist with administration and store maintenance duties, including cleaning as required
Requirements
  • Customer service experience, with retail experience desirable
  • Ability to flex hours as per business needs
  • Enthusiasm for creating modern, authentic service experiences for customers
  • Familiarity with styling outfits that leave customers feeling relaxed, confident, and tailored to their needs
  • Experience with stock control and visual merchandising
  • Strong communication, organisational, and listening skills
