Job Title: Retail Store Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced retail store manager to lead our team and drive sales growth in a high-volume retail environment.

You will be responsible for managing the financial performance of the store, building and coaching a team, ensuring plans and strategies are effectively deployed to increase sales, implementing strategies to reduce shrinkage and expenses, providing clear direction to the management team, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the financial performance of the store, including budgeting and wage control
  • Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure the store is run efficiently and effectively, with minimal losses due to theft or waste
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to help them improve their performance
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a store manager in a high-volume retail environment
  • Proven ability to build and motivate a high-performing team
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
