Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing program operations, and driving continuous quality improvement.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years in senior clinical roles or managerial experience in Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) services.

A qualification in Alcohol, Tobacco, Other Drugs (ATOD) and/or related health field would be highly valued.

  • Leadership and Management qualification.
  • Experience in working therapeutically with adults, children, young people, and families.
  • Clinical case review and incident debrief experience.

The salary range for this position is $122,000 - $132,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
