About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Raven's Recruitment. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in enhancing our hospital's pharmacy services, providing patient care and support, and contributing to the development of our pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient counselling and medical reconciliation services
  • Dispense medications for inpatients and outpatients
  • Participate in advanced therapeutic programs and contribute to the development of our pharmacy team
Requirements:
  • Current general registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Clinical knowledge and an awareness of hospital processes
