Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and reconcile supplier statements to ensure accurate payment processing.
  • Coding and processing of account payable transactions, including preparation of payment batches.
  • Identify and code transactions on all bank accounts, performing journal entries as required.
  • Support the accounting team with invoicing and debtor management.
  • Contribute to the preparation of bank reconciliations and audit sample testing.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in finance administration or AR/Accounts Payable.
  • Experience working with complex accounts payable systems and software.
  • High level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to learn new software and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders.
Skills
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and software, including Excel and accounting packages.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to meet deadlines.
