Our mission is to bring comfort and nourishment to these distant areas by delivering high-quality, simple yet satisfying meals. We are seeking talented line chefs to join our pool of casual staff.

The Role:

  • Prominent breakfast, dinner, crib lunch, dessert, and pastry preparation for the community
  • Collaboration with a team of skilled cooks, kitchen assistants, and dining room staff
  • Maintenance of stringent food safety standards, adhering to guidelines set by leading industry experts
  • Adherence to workplace health and safety protocols and proper food handling procedures

Essential Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Commercial Cookery
  • Bulk Catering Experience
  • In-depth knowledge of all kitchen operations
  • Able to pass Pre-Employment Medical Assessments
  • National Police Clearance (within six months)
