About the Role

This is a full-time position with a salary package of $80,000 plus superannuation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a high-performing team and contribute to the firm's continued growth and success.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist with overseeing the day-to-day financial function of the business.
  2. Streamline and maintain accounting systems, procedures, and documentation.
  3. Manage debtors and creditors.
  4. File all paid and unpaid invoices.
  5. Manage the firm's accounts, including trust accounts.
  6. Set up new suppliers and monitor/resolve any invoice discrepancies or issues.
  7. Perform other accounting and administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
  • 2 years + experience in a similar bookkeeping role.
  • Broad payroll knowledge.
  • Solid knowledge of MYOB, Xero, and Microsoft suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritize workload and multitask while working under pressure.
  • Experience within a professional services firm would be an advantage.
