As a Trade Counter Specialist, you'll work closely with trades and businesses to deliver exceptional customer service in-store and in the warehouse. No experience is necessary, and we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Pick orders, load delivery vehicles, and deliver goods safely and efficiently.
  • Utilize our in-house technology to accurately track, submit, and complete delivery runs.
  • Assist with branch stock management activities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and over-the-counter sales to customers.
  • Be a supportive team member, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.

About You

  • No experience is required – we'll provide the training you need.
  • A clean car driver's license is essential.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary.
  • A commitment to learning and professional development is a must.
