Quality Assurance Specialist

This position involves overseeing the quality of project delivery and ensuring compliance with global processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical research, particularly in Pharma or CRO environments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To lead and facilitate local activities aimed at enhancing the quality of project delivery.
  • To identify, analyze, and rectify systemic quality issues that are specific to each country.
  • To provide guidance and support to project teams on CAPA development and tracking.
  • To maintain global process compliance while enhancing quality in project delivery at a local level.
  • To design and initiate audit/inspection-readiness assessments and improvement plans across all projects.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in science or healthcare, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Moderate clinical research experience, preferably in Pharma/CRO/Site Management.
  • Knowledge of ICH GCP, JGCP, or In-country equivalents is required.
