We're seeking a talented Product Innovation Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Experiences team, you'll play a crucial role in reimagining the future of exceptional home lending products and next-generation marketplaces. Your expertise in strategic product innovation will help us develop new-to-market propositions and work with innovative teams and strategic partners to deliver and position our financial services as a market leader.
Your responsibilities will include developing new-to-market product strategies and sequenced roadmaps to bring to market and deliver on ambitious growth targets. You'll work closely with external partners and our product and strategy teams to shape and size product propositions, including success metrics and business cases, to support evaluation and prioritization. Additionally, you'll manage the program of execution for new products and build relationships within the broader business, the financial services tribe, and with external financial services partners to help bring the vision to life.
To succeed in this role, you'll need 10+ years' experience in the mortgage market, with a strong understanding of how mortgages are funded. You'll also need to be consumer-obsessed, proactive, and curious to better understand the challenges of getting finance and passionate about solving those problems.
